Paul is a founding partner of Motiv. The way Paul sees it, managing Motiv’s product development business is largely about balance. His job is to inspire innovation and creativity tempered by marketing needs and manufacturing realities. He takes great pride in the long-term relationships Motiv has established with clients and is continually striving for higher levels of customer satisfaction.

Paul’s work has received numerous patents and awards, including Business Week’s Gold and Silver IDEA Awards and Design Excellence Awards from Appliance Manufacturer and ID Magazine. He is a graduate of Pratt Institute and has served as Chairman of the Southern New England Chapter of the Industrial Designers Society of America.
