Bruce Godfrey is a social psychologist and a former Williams College professor, who leverages his background in psychology and his over thirty years of experience in all segments of the Market Research business – client-side, advertising agency, and supplier to directly gain actionable customer insights.
Bruce has led the Market Research function for major client-side companies: the pharmaceutical maker Bayer AG (Consumer Pharmaceuticals), General Electric Lighting, Polaroid and Keurig. Additionally, he was Senior Vice President heading Market Research at Hill Holiday, a Boston advertising agency.
