Director of Engineering

Jim thrives on being involved in consumer product engineering and productization and has centered his career around this passion. While at Keurig, Jim’s technology leadership career spanned the Green Mountain purchase from private investors to the JAB $15 billion purchase ten years later, making the company private, again. During Jim’s tenure, he was instrumental in the design, development and successful manufacture of 55 million brewers, in China and Malaysia supporting company growth from $34 million when he started to $5 billion per year.

As a result of his leadership and innovation, he is a co-inventor of 40% of the international patents granted to Keurig, as of 2016. His work on the Vue product line resulted in receiving the 2013 Edison Gold Innovation Award. He also led the development of the Bop It line and Elefun, while at Hasbro; both still currently in market. Jim graduated with a BSME with honors from the University of New Hampshire and earned an MBA from Boston College.
